Fees and Confidentiality
FEES:
$100 per 50 minute session
Payment is accepted in cash, check or money order and a receipt is provided for all paid services which can be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement, per your insurance benefits. Please contact your insurance prior to your appointment to verify that self-submitted claims are accepted.
I accept the following insurance and medical plans:

- Blue Cross and Blue Shield
- Humana
- United Healthcare
- Aetna
- Tricare Prime
Depending on the individual situation I can sometimes structure my fees on a sliding scale. Please contact me for more information.
Therapy can often be deducted from Flexible Spending Accounts, if applicable.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
Your privacy and confidentially are of utmost importance to me. Your explicit consent is required to release information to a third party. However, according to the law and professional ethics, exceptions to confidentiality exist if there is clear and present danger that someone’s life may be at risk or there is suspected child abuse or neglect. Please also consider that when insurance benefits are used, the insurance company may have access to a some information about your therapy and diagnosis. Please feel free to ask any questions about confidentiality and its exceptions.
